New Aerifier Arrives! What Does This Mean?

The new aerifyer will provide us with more flexability in tine selection. On December 2nd I made a BLOG entry about the aerifying plan for 2010 (click on the aerify label to view again).
During the Spring aerification we will use a new 1/4" tine (size of a golf pencil). It is half the size of the tine nomally used in Spring and Fall (1/2").
During the Fall aerification we will use the 3/8" tine. Still only 75% of the size normally used.
What does this mean to our members? Speedier recovery!...Less inconvenience!
